TinkMail Business is built for enterprises and teams that want professional email without complicated setup. When you create a business workspace, you get a simple, secure, and efficient email system that your team can use with familiar clients or the webmail interface.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is the core container for your business email setup. It groups your team members and your custom domain under one admin account.

  • The account that creates the workspace becomes the workspace admin.
  • Custom domains are added to the workspace to create branded email addresses such as @yourcompany.com.
  • Members are added to the workspace to create email accounts.
  • Billing and subscription are managed at the workspace level.

Members

Members are user accounts inside your workspace. Each member has an inbox and can send and receive email using your business domain.

Domain

Your domain is the public identity of your business email. After adding it to your workspace, you can configure DNS records so your messages are trusted by major providers.
