TinkMail Business provides two main interfaces with different purposes and capabilities:
- Workspace Dashboard: The administrative interface for managing your business email workspace, including domains, users, and settings.
- Webmail Interface: The email client interface for reading/sending emails, managing folders, and configuring personal settings like Client Tokens.

How to Navigate Between Them
From Dashboard to Webmail:
- Sign in to your Business workspace at https://tinkmail.me/sign-in?biz=1
- Click the “Webmail” link to open the webmail interface
- If you have signed in as an business user (or personal user of TinkMail), you will be automatically signed in to webmail. Otherwise, you may need to sign in again with your email address and password.
From Webmail to Dashboard (Admin Only):
- While in the Webmail interface, if you have signed in with an admin account, you will see a link in the left bottom popup menu (click on your profile name).
- Click “Business Dashboard” to return to the administrative dashboard

Common Questions
Q: Why I can’t see the “Client Tokens” page in the workspace dashboard?
A: The “Client Tokens” page is part of the webmail interface, not the workspace dashboard. Only end users can manage their own Client Tokens in webmail. Admins can manage users and domains in the dashboard, but not Client Tokens for other users.
